To maintain the highest hygiene standards, hair extensions must be returned with the security seal intact and the product unused.

Return Process

  Ensure your hair extensions or accessories are in their original condition and that the gold security seal has not been tampered with or removed.

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items, preferably in the original shipping box, to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
